Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you need to. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Are there any hidden fees?
No surprises. You pay the listed subscription and per-order fee. Peak-hour surcharges ($1.50-$4.00) may apply during high-demand windows, and orders over 30 lbs incur a $3.00 heavy-item fee. Both are shown before checkout.
What counts as a 'free 3-hour delivery credit'?
Each credit waives the per-order delivery fee for one order within a 3-hour delivery window. Essentials members get 2 per month; Household members get unlimited.
How does the Household plan work with multiple profiles?
You can invite up to 3 additional people (4 total). Each profile gets their own staples list and substitution preferences, and all orders bill to the primary account.
Is there a free trial?
New users can try Pay-as-you-go with no subscription fee. If you'd like to test a higher tier, we occasionally offer 2-week trial promotions — sign up to be notified.
